Topic Assignment & Subscription

Overview

The Topic Assignment feature allows you to automatically tag each conversation with relevant topics using AI. This helps you quickly identify trends, track recurring themes, and organize conversations without manual effort.

The Topic Subscription feature enables you to subscribe to specific topics that are important to you. Whenever a conversation is tagged with a subscribed topic, you’ll receive an email notification, keeping you informed in real-time.

How to Use Topic Assignment & Subscription

Enabling Topic Assignment

1. Log in to Your ChatDash Account and navigate to your Agency Dashboard.

2. Go to the Project Settings page.

3. Click on the AI Analysis tab.

4. Toggle on Auto-Tagging under the Topic Assignment section.

5. (Optional) Enter custom instructions to guide the AI on how to assign topics.

6. Click Save to apply the changes.

Subscribing to Topics

1. Log in to Your ChatDash Account and navigate to your Agency Dashboard.

2. Go to the Project Settings page.

3. Click on the AI Analysis tab.

4. Find the topic you want to subscribe to and click on the Bell icon next to it.

5. You’ll now receive email notifications whenever a conversation is tagged with this topic.

Viewing Conversations by Topic

• In the Client Dashboard, go to the Conversations tab, you can filter conversations by topic to view all conversations associated with a specific tag.
