The Misunderstood Query Identification feature helps you identify when your chatbot didn’t understand or correctly address a customer’s question. By pinpointing these instances, you can improve the chatbot’s responses and enhance the overall customer experience.

How to Use Misunderstood Query Identification

Enabling Misunderstood Queries Detection

  1. Log in to Your ChatDash Account and navigate to your Agency Dashboard.

  2. Go to the Project Settings page.

  3. Click on the AI Analysis tab.

  4. Toggle on Misunderstood Queries under the respective section.

  5. (Optional) Enter custom instructions to guide the AI on identifying misunderstandings.

  6. Click Save to apply the changes.

Viewing Misunderstood Queries

  1. Navigate to the Conversations tab within your client’s dashboard.
  2. Select a conversation to view its details.
  3. The Misunderstood Queries section will list the queries that were identified as misunderstandings.
