Overview

You can add a custom domain for your agency in ChatDash to make your brand stand out.

Adding a Custom Domain

1. Login as an agency user in ChatDash.
2. Go to the Settings at the left-hand side of the dashboard.
3. Click on the Whitelabel tab.
4. Find the Domain section at the bottom.
5. Enter the full domain name you want to add and click Add (Example: yourdomain.com).
6. Add the DNS records provided by ChatDash to your domain registrar. (Example: GoDaddy, Namecheap, etc.)
   • CNAME Record: This record is used to point your domain to ChatDash servers.
   • TXT Record: This record is used to verify the domain ownership.
   • A Record: This record is used to point the domain to ChatDash servers.
     Depending on your domain, you may need to add all or some of the above records. The DNS records may take up to 24 hours to propagate.
7. Click Launch to complete the process.
